Egg fry

Ingredients

Eggs-4
Onion-1
Mustard seeds-1/4 teaspoon
Cumin seeds-1/2 teaspoon
Soy sauce-1 teaspoon
Milk-1 table spoon
Green chillies-3
Salt to taste
Turmeric-1/4teaspoon
Cilantro-1/2 bunch

Preparation

When oil is hot, fry mustard seeds, cumin and onions. After they are browned add turmeric, green chillies,salt, soy sauce and milk. Stir is 4 eggs and cook under slow flame for 5 mins. Mix well , garnish with cilantro and serve with rice, roti
or noodles.
